Thanks to Julie we had the most fabulous holiday to Lapland. She really listened to the type of family holiday we were looking for and helped us unpick the differences between the different operators and doing more of a DIY holiday.
She is extremely knowledgeable and we would not hesitate to recommend or use her again.

We had the best time in Finland. The flight in was bumpy, after an aborted landing and a diversion couldn’t have been handled any better. Coaches transferred us. The Hotel was practical and lovely. Food delicious and plentiful (we didn’t need snacks at all). Loaned suits were so warm and the activities great, well organised and Santa was the best we have ever been too. I would recommend snow is falling. Excellent holiday thank you Julie Lapland Experiences.

We had the most wonderful time and we were all so sad and continued to be that we are home.
We would love to go back some time in the future. It was such a beautiful place.
I think our highlights were the husky’s, then reindeers and playing in the snow.
We really enjoyed the package with Canterbury and Sumou was beautiful. It was quite rushed at times and we would have liked to have more time at certain places, just taking it all in, but understand that is the downside to a package holiday.
Bella adored it and I think we have kept the magic of Christmas alive for another year.

I just wanted to touch base to say thank you so much, we had the most wonderful week away in Lapland and it exceeded all of our expectations, and we definitely want to go back one year. I was concerned a week would be too long but it was perfect and we didn’t want to come home yesterday. We ended up snow tubing on the twin’s birthday on Saturday which they loved and we also went to the snow village one evening which was amazing so all in all we had an activity each day apart from one chilled day which worked out perfectly when walked up to the secret cafe on the summit which was a hidden gem. Jeff also had a go in the ice dip on the lake!

We have just got back from Santas Lapland. What an experience!!! We loved every single second. From the second we stepped on the plane to the minute we got home everything was so magical. There was so much attention to detail and everything was phenomenal. Would recommend this to any family! It’s sadly our last night at the star arctic, this has truly been and unforgettable experience. We have all loved every minute.
The scenery is quite literally breath taking - it’s like something out of a movie. I’m so glad I booked through yourself as I don’t think I would have ended up with something as good as we’ve had if I arranged it myself. The tours, activities have been spot on (all though very full on) but would not change a thing. The kids have been blown away by it all.
